I started using classic chocolate about a week ago now. I normally have a sleeping aid but I was looking to getting away from it. Since i started using classic chocolate I've noticed i wake up rested and ready for the day as i did using sleeping tablets. It tastes great and id recommend others to give it a go.

My digestion is a lot smoother andI’m less bloated which I didn’t expect to improve so quickly. I noticed I’m not as irritable. it’s a small amount not typical full glass. you do need to be consistent though- I guess that’s with all healthy habits.
