Where are your products made?

Our products are made and blended in Australia. We source our premium and clinically studied ingredients from Europe, USA, Asia and Australia.

Is Sunie certified?

Yes, all our formulas have been third-party tested prior to release. We include clinically studied ingredients that are researched using double blind and placebo-controlled trial methods. All ingredients used have relevant quality and testing requirements.

What are the ingredients in the formula?

How often can I take Sunie?

We recommend 1-2 servings per day. We have selected premium ingredients with less filler, rest assured each serve is formulated according to clinical-studied dosage and recommended daily intake.

We recommend you add less water/ milk/ liquid of choice until you have worked out your preference.

What is the best time of day to take this product?

Pre, Pro & Post Biotic: Morning or before 3 pm.

Night Minerals: Evening after 5 pm or when you wish to start your nightly routine.

How long till I can expect results?

Based on clinical studies and food science, you should expect to feel the difference around Day 7. The data provided is based on 28 days to 5 months of consistent use.

Keep in mind, this is tricky as results will vary depending on your diet, exercise and how consistently you take our supplements. This is the main reason why we have chosen clinically researched ingredients with trials, results and studies so you have full confidence in the formula and not based on ‘feelings’.

How do I best prepare my drink and what is the serving size?

Pre, Pro & Post Biotic: 7 grams per serve
Night Minerals: 5 grams per serve

Is Sunie gluten free and vegan friendly?

Yes, our formulas are gluten-free and 100% plant-based. This has been verified with third-party testing. Our formulas are made in Australia in an allergen-free room and equipment.

Can I take Sunie while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Yes, this is an all-natural and plant-based supplement. If you have any concerns, please check with your doctor or consulting practitioner.

This product is not a sole source of nutrition and should be consumed in conjunction with a nutritious diet, as part of an appropriate physical training or exercise program.

How should I store my Sunie Powder?
  • Keep sealed in the original container.
  • Use dry spoon to scoop.
  • We recommend you keep on your kitchen counter and near your tea/coffee/kettle station - somewhere visible for you to remember to support your mental, gut, immune, sleep and overall wellbeing.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to Australia, NZ, USA, Europe, Canada from our warehouse in Sydney Australia. Please note, any custom charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

What is the shipping cost and time frame?

Australia: 2-4 working days
Free orders over $70AUD; otherwise flat rate shipping $7AUD.
Please allow for additional days outside of metro areas.

New Zealand: 5-9 working days
Regular flat rate shipping $15NZD.
Express flat rate shipping $20NZD
Please allow for additional days outside of metro areas. 

Worldwide: 5-12 working days
Regular flat rate shipping $25AUD

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene and safety, we do not offer returns and refunds.
We will replace any product that is faulty or damaged (shipping cost covered by Sunie).
Please reach out within 14 days of delivery to hello@sunie-wellness.com.au.

What is your Shipping Policy?

All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days from Sydney, Australia.
If you have selected the Express Post, your order will still be packed within 1-3 business days.

The courier service will provide the express service on your order.
Australia Post and other Local Couriers for domestic delivery (within Australia).
DHL and Australia Post alongside your National Postal Service for international delivery.
All delivery timeframes are estimated by our couriers.
Please note, Sunie Wellness is not responsible for any international customs fees that may occur.
